1.)  I didn't know you were a girl.  You sure as hell don't talk like one.

2.)  You called angry nigger 50 times in a row after he called you "limey."  Then you said limey is the same as calling someone nigger.  You're an idiot, it's nowhere near the same.  This is coming from a white male btw.

I haven't seen any apology either....not since the last ban with assurances that behaviour would change. That was about 6 months ago....guess that's as long as ^Vamp^ Nacht can go.

Last ban was for intentionally screwing up games, unbalancing teams, insulting admins, etc. This  is more than just racial insults...although, that is not tolerated on our servers. The repeated pattern of behaviour that ruins the game for other players is enough.

I didn't see in logs where any racial insults were hurled at you, only a fair amount of bitching about you unbalancing teams. Granted, there is a fair amount of what may be called "uncivil behaviour" in the logs, but no more than is always present.

Soooo....no apology. No proof to back up your assertations. And a few blatant, uh, "mis-truths" thrown in for good measure?

Nice try. Wish we could remedy this and everyone get along but doesn't look promising.

I also have similar console dumps from Saturday night on Tastyspleen CTF where ^Vamp^ Nacht continued to be verbally abusive to me (still dropping N-bombs) while demanding that I ask WORM to have him/her unbanned, along with other actions, which culminated in quadz banning ^Vamp^ Nacht from Tastyspleen as well.

2. The irony of this is ^Vamp^ Nacht, while we were on Tastyspleen CTF, was continually stealing the flag and then standing in the enemy base, thus preventing anyone else on his/her team from running the flag, and was also switching teams to unbalance the game.

3. I have done no such thing. I called Nacht a limey ONE TIME, after having several dozen N-bombs hurled in my direction. I said limey a handful more times, but as part of a discussion and not as insults.

4. I never said that. Furthermore, I don't even believe that. Saying that black people are racist is stereotypical, not racist. Some black people are racist. Some are not. This particular one is not. However, I make no claim of not being disrespectful toward the ignorant and the unjustly malicious, nor do I apologize for being this way toward such people.

5. WORM has not had any reason of late to ban me, and I'm not sure that he ever has. You've made a lot of accusations towards me, but with no evidence to back up your claims. I however have kept a detailed account of both of my recent confrontations with Nacht. The fact is, ^Vamp^ Nacht has crossed me twice, and both times came out the loser in the exchange. If you're going to start lobbying for someone to be banned from a server, you really should make sure they've actually done something worthy of getting banned for, and have evidence to back yourself up.

While we were on Tastyspleen, ^Vamp^ Nacht also claimed to be using a proxy and a new alias to connect to ACME CTF, thus bypassing the ban that is in place. If Nacht actually can and does do this, then there is no reason for the ban to be removed, and in fact is more likely to result in additional bans and a more serious response from the ACME admins. Your request is simply a foolhardy attempt at making me bow to the demands of a person who has already proven themselves to be beyond reason and fairness. I refuse to capitulate to ^Vamp^ Nacht's demands for an apology and an unban request, as I have nothing to apologize for. In fact, your actions just motivate me to be ever more vigilant against those who treat me and others unfairly. All you've done is dig ^Vamp^ Nacht (if indeed you are not one and the same) a deeper hole in which to bury him/herself. Good job, nice try, and a big "SOD OFF" to you.

Freak was banned from netdoor in 2000.  He was using the name Ex back then, he had it binded, he would spam the server with it non stop.  He now claims it wasn't him , it was another player named Ex acting like

Yeah, I was on tastyspleen too, when ^Vamp^ Nacht was "playing" on the server.
Very nasty behaviour with lots of N-words and big mouth about using proxiy to bypass ban on acme servers.

You're a fucking sped.  I never n-bombed like this asshole is.  I might've said it once or twice, and more of a description of a person's personality rather than a direct insult.

What I did do on vent is scream when I died too much, which subsequently got me muted by several people.  And for that, I'm not sorry.  You guys are fucking assholes.
