War tanking is fun I just wish bliz would buff our AE threat.  I don't have any issues tanking a shit ton of trash in a 5 man instance, but in 10/25 mans a paladin, druid, or dk can pull agro off me immediately, so i don't even try to tank trash.

At least with the next patch they're buffing revenge to make it worth using and increasing the HP vitality gives by 3%.

playing protret / armswar / Rdruid this season.  at 2100 and getting wiz cleaved every other match.

enh sham, holy pally, arms war > wizard cleave n rpm
got 2200 a couple seasons ago with that comp, havent done much arenaing lately though

wiz cleave is easy to beat, if you can get past the initial burst by line of sighting and what not

Yeah i hate that shit.  Pvp servers were cool back in the day in some respects but there's no difference anymore.  Only real difference is that I wanted to mine a cobalt node on my rogue that i transfered to a pve server and some alliance was about to get there first and i was like OOOO, STEALTH SAP but i couldn't.

other than that ONE TIME there's no difference. 

I have to say that in classic it was rather thrilling at times being on a pvp server.  Now, who wants to fly into splintertree with 3 80's just wrecking the place?  It's dumb.

Yeah, I didnt play til BC...kinda wish id been around for some Vanilla WoW action. I enjoyed both PvP and PvE, but I enjoyed actually being able to quest without getting ganked 24/7 the most, so i was always on PvE realms. Had like 20k PvP kills a few years back when i sold my first account though. Bunch of Season 2 stuff with a few Season 3 peices a few months after Season 3 was dropped. Oldskewl!

Eh, slightly, only in the fact that one can get to an equivalent of "pretty good" in say, Halo 3 or Quake 2 simply by being good at first person shooters, while in WoW (or any other role playing game) you actually need to log some serious hours... strike that, days, to get your character experienced enough, even if you're the RPG equivalent of Neo.

Which is basically the reason why I think RPGs that require you to pay monthly fees are exploiting (and contrariwise empowering, oddly enough) nerds with no life, and why I never got into Warcrack.

P.S. Real life equivalent is "Anyone who drives slower than me is an idiot, while faster than me is nuts."
