Anticheat is not working!

I bought quake 2, like in a box. I put the anticheat.dll in my Q2 directory and added the exeption in AVG Free. Still, your servers say I don't have anticheat. Help me! Please!

AVG, again lately, has been blocking anticheat.  I'm constantly having to disable resident shield and re-install anticheat.  It's a bummer.  Also of note, I've had my q2 folder set up as an exception for years now and AVG recently started detecting anticheat again and tossing it into the vault.  Very odd.

If your antivirus has quarantined it you will have to redownload again after you exclude the folder or disable antivirus prog.
