Warehouse is stupid. Only really good for railing; blows for CTF.

Oasis is only decent if it's like 8v8.  I don't think there's even 16 players who like it.

I don't even know WTF that last one is.  Never gets played... probably because it sucks.

- SMBatium by FragMonkey was played 3 times in August by a total of 25 players.  For the WHOLE MONTH.
- Oasis Valley was loaded once with 5 players.

I think that if there's a RR section of the next cup it should be on lesser-played pub maps (that can realistically accommodate 5v5).

People are too afraid of new stuff... if a few actual matches are played on the map and people still say the balance and gameplay blow, I'll believe it (say, Warehouse... what a waste of a decent DM map).

I think experimentation is a lot more fun than the 2,000th caco-lush-clones unholy triad for the month.

That the map(s) in that end of map vote should/shouldn't be on server?
That the map(s) shouldn't come up at the same time?

People keep talking about "new" maps...

NONE of the maps currently on the server are new except for a few spamtastic newb-fests neox made.

Quit talking about "new" maps, those are all at least 8 years old, and no one votes them because for 8 years they've had a history of sucking, and it's very unlikely they'll get better.

that screenshot was taken after a map was capped out so of course the map will start off with everyone spec.
you didn't include the full screen so that we could see that your screen shot was taken less than a minute after the map changed.

tell us how it concluded please.

did a couple of different people mapvote a couple of times that did not pass and then an admin asked the spectators which map they wanted and then said admin changed the map to caco and a very close 6v5 game ensued?
