Seeding is over and finals are starting.

I will post times based solely on your availability. (Fill out as many sheets as you can!)
Brackets are pretty self explanatory but some points of interest :
*If "loser's choice" is as2m7 then winner will pick side. (no first rail in finals)
*Maps available for "loser's choice" are lfctf4, lfctf9, marics_ctf21, as2m7, q2ctf05b, and lfctf10.
*Matches must be played 5v5.
  If there is a chance you may need a sub(s), plan accordingly.
  You must use a sub from the sub list. Not in sub list = not a sub.
*Matches must be started within 15 minutes of scheduled start time.
  There is no postponing or rescheduling in finals.
  Failure to have your team present within 15 minutes of start time will result in a forfeit.

Teams/Captains..
Instead of starting one thread after another regarding scheduling I will be highlighting possible match times on the availability sheet(s). (check all sheets)
Please get with your team to confirm that these are good times for you to play.
When you find out please contact me in one form or another to confirm.
(reminder: fill out as much availability as possible)
DO NOT REPLY IN THIS THREAD.. Any replies regarding scheduling will be deleted.


Subs:
There have been many cases before a match where a sub is needed and none can be found.
You do not have to sit in IRC the entire day before a match crossing your fingers that you will be called upon but is there any way to contact you?
Please contact me if there are other means of getting in touch with you. (AIM? MSN? IRC? Steam? Phone?)
I will not give this information to anyone without your consent.
If you request your AIM/MSN be posted here that's fine, otherwise no one will ever see it other than me.
You shouldn't have to look far to find me.

Couple or 3 things I need to add in here....

1) You signed up under one name to join the cup.....use that name to play matches. It really causes a variety of problems when you alias..mainly with demo recording chase views and admins knowing who is in server that should or should not be.

2) Specs are welcome to watch matches, up to the limit we have set, but please do NOT join a match server until the scheduled start time of the match. This should allow match players to be able to join without us having to kick specs.

3) For number 2 above to work...match players MUST show up BEFORE the scheduled start time. If you can not make it, give your captains prior notice so they can get in touch with the appropriate sub. Captains must keep alka informed of this so all subs can be approved.

We appreciate your cooperation as this will help matches run smoothly.
