So people can start to plan their trips, save money for it, put in time off for work! Most people need at least 2 weeks notice for time off, I know its still a few months away but we need to get this settled soon.

Legend, you've gone out researched a venue in RI, which souds okay by me.  I don't really think it doesn't matter where it is or when.  People will show up.  it's like field of dreams, if you build it, they will come.  All that is necessary is proper notice.  You're RI Idea sounds great to me, if you give a date and location, people will start getting ready for it.

i have a great idea for the LAN.  why not make it a virtual LAN, over the internet?  we could hold it on match server, and everyone just make a skin that looks like their actual self.   we could get <BEER> or R2-D2 to make a map that looks like a rhode island hotel and conference room.

so why are we waiting on slasher to make up his mind. Nothing gets to him, his hair is took thick, and for religious reasons im not going to go into. ha, but besides the fact. It needs to be in mid-july, late-july, or 1st week of august (at the latest). MAKE UP YOUR MIND SLASHER. I bet you don't even think about it anymore. I think slasher doesnt really want to goto a lan because then everyone will hear his real voice, everyone knows he uses a voice masking on ventrilo similar to yellowfire's. Probably some 40 year old man, with a 8 year old boy's voice. ANYWAYS, It's pretty much got to be Rhode Island, there is just no other venue that we have, and if we did, its pretty much too late to start to set something up. Legend needs to know like, NOW, what to do. So slasher, get serious, decide what we are going to do. Rhode Island - Mid-july. That's the best proposition I think we have.

Look into it, then next week we can have a poll with your venue, legend's RI venue, any anyone else that's willing to go out and look for one.  whichever venue wins will be the victor.

Should the Poll be yes, no, either, or should we rank them 1-5?
