As some of you know, we offer name protection on all Q2 servers except the Jump server. For Q4, you must use punkbuster to reserve your name.

Name protection can work one of two ways:

Option 1) If you have a static IP, one that doesn't change, I can tie your name to the IP where the name can only be used from that IP and no other. If that's what you want, give me the IP to save me checking it.

Option 2) Password protection for names. You would add this line to your autoexec.cfg in CTF directory:

set pw yourpassword u

Replace "yourpassword" with whatever password you want and tell me what it is so I can set it up on the servers. When you connect to our server, it automatically uploads your password and the server recognizes you. Of course, if you connect to other servers than ACME then your password is sent to them also so if you don't want that, make an acme.cfg containing that line and execute from a shortcut or command line when connecting.

If you are interested in this, send me e-mail or PM and let me know which way you want it and IP or password to use and I'll set you up.

There are a couple of you that have asked some time ago and I replied but have not heard back from you. Let me know if you still want it also.
